A link to the sitemap exists on the page navigation option available in the top-left inset on every page. As such, you can use the sitemap to access successive pages in order by linked back to the sitemap to select the next page.

The sitemap operates in a similar fashion as the tree menu inset on every page. As such, the Open/All and Close/All facilities will open and close the entire sitemap, while the 'Section' and 'Depth' allow you to refine the scope of the tree.

You can also click on the [+] or [-] icons to open or close specific sections in the displayed sitemap at any level.

The information in the sitemap is expanded to include a hierarchical section number and a more detailed description, which when combined with the increased screen width to indent each section, hopefully makes the information more useful.
